I understood that, KIMS is the Authorized Training Centre of Bharat Sevak Samaj (National Development Agency, Govt. of India). KIMS imparts courses like Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technician (DMLT), Diploma in X-ray, Diploma in Operation Theatre Technician, Diploma in Dialysis Technician, Diploma in Dental Technician, Diploma in Eye Technician, Diploma in Physiotherapy Technician (all above are two years course) and Diploma in ICU Technician, Diploma in Electro Cardiogram Technician, Hospital Emergency Technician, Certificate in Hospital Management, Certificate in Blood Bank, Certificate in First Aid, Certificate in Dresser (all above are one year courses).

I shall abide by all rules and regulations of the "KIMS". I shall extend all my cooperation for successful completion of my course. I shall abide by the regulations notified by the Institution from time to time. "KIMS Institute" reserves rights to take any disciplinary action against me as deemed fit in case of my misconduct, to protect the reputation and interest of the Institute. I shall pay all fees in time, failing which the management of the Institute may take appropriate steps against me.

Students are expected to conduct themselves generally in a manner which does not hinder the Institute's purpose or proper operations, nor its reputation. Compliance is required with policies relating to the behavior and with rules and regulations, code of conducts, procedures and directions regulating, conduct in general or with regard to particular matters, activities and services.

Disciplinary action may invoke against a student, whereas allegation is made by any person, either from within or without the KIMS Community, that a student has committed misconduct, examples of which includes the following:

  • Disruption of or interference with academic, administrative, sporting, social and other activities of the Institute.
  • Racial, Physical or other harassment of behavior which causes distress to others, threatening abusive, disorderly, irregular, or unreasonable behavior.
  • Behavior which contravenes the "KIMS Institute's principles of dignity and respect or is a form of harassment or bullying.
  • Behavior, which interferes with freedom of speech, thought, action or enquiry of any other students or staff member or lawful visitors of "KIMS INSTITUTE".
  • Damage to or wrongful treatment of the property or equipment of the Intuition or any of its staff or visitors or any action likely to cause injury to any person or impairing the wealth and safety of the premises or its occupant.
  • Action or omission, which could cause losses, damages or injury or put others at risk.
  • Breach of any rules & regulations of the Institute or any failure to comply with any ruling made as a result of disciplinary proceedings whether formal or informal.
  • Disobeys discipline, defiles authority, commits indecent act, participate in a physical alternation defies examination rules, disputes teaching or damage peacefulness, obstruct faculties or staff from performing duties, stores hazardous article or unlawful process banned articles, cheats during an examination, unlawfully uses or process, illegal drugs or commits other acts mentioned herein .
